The Teacher Quality Committee announces a busy October for those of us who were elected to represent your concerns in drafting meaningful professional development with pool two of our Teacher Quality Monies.In October, we will meet 10/10/2007 at 4:30 PM at the ERC to take a look at the Iowa Professional Development Model during the first of this month's two monthly meetings. We will attend the October 15, 2007 Board of Education Meeting to listen to each of LC's Attendance Center Professional Development plans. We will meet again on October 17, 2007 to continue work on our plan to distribute this "second bucket/silo" of money.
