1. Call to order and roll call at 6:27 p.m.

2. Board presentation
The Committee listened to the presentation of the District staff development plan by Dave Black to the Board.
3. Adjournment
Kim Muta moved that the meeting be adjourned at 7:27 p.m., and Kim Jones seconded the motion.
