THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION MEMO: NCLB IN IOWA IN 2007-2008 This MEMO from the Iowa Department of Education is intended to provide annual information to public school districts of the requirements included in the federal legislation, No Child Left Behind (NCLB).
